Outpatient Services

Outpatient Services

Our Outpatient counseling follows the traditional treatment model with weekly or bi-weekly individual, couple, or family sessions for those with mild to moderate mental and emotional challenges.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a collaborative effort between you and your counselor in an open, supportive, and confidential environment where you can address the issues that concern you. The issues that prevent you from living an emotionally healthy life.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling allows you and your significant other to work through your differences with a professional neutral counselor that will help you get through the root of the issue, offer skills for effective communication and conflict resolution, and work with you towards developing a healthier relationship.

Family Counseling

Family counseling promotes healthier relationships among family members. Most often, all the members of the family meet so they may obtain skills for more effective communication and conflict resolution. Family counseling can help address the family’s needs when one member suffers from a mental or physical illness that could potentially stress the entire family.
