Admission

In the admissions process, prospective clients that have called, initiated contact on the website, or walked in determined to be eligible for services at MHBH/FS will receive by email, mail, or in person an initial intake form within 24 hours or immediately onsite. MHBH/FS will not discriminate in providing services based on age, race, creed, sex, ethnicity, color, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, or religion.
MHBH/FS will evaluate and provide priority outpatient (OP) services to any child, youth, individual, couple, or family to treat moderate to severe emotional, mental, or behavioral problems. People requesting services who do not meet the criteria are referred to agencies/resources which would meet their stated needs.
